Since most loan applicants need to provide tax returns and financial information to their lenders, accountants traditionally provide assistance as the loan package is put together.  We can put together your loan application and paperwork and submit it electronically to the mortgage company without cost to you.  We are compensated by the lender.

Here's how it works.  When you need to refinance or obtain new financing, just call us up and give us some background information.  With information already in our files, we will submit a preliminary loan application for you over a secured internet connection.  The lender then does a preliminary analysis and returns a partially filled-out loan application to us within a few days.  We simply fill in the missing information and return it, with minimal effort on your part.  As you tax preparer, we already have most of the information needed.
